Angel Policy-Copyrights-Refunds

All Paper Cupcake’s digital and/or photopolymer stamps are the copyrighted original designs of Nina J. May.  All my illustrations are intended for your personal use and you are not permitted to redistribute any of my illustrations including: copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, reselling or putting online — except for as elements in a digital scrapbook or as demonstration photos of your finished projects.

You are purchasing a personal use license and by making your purchase you agree to the following terms:

You can use the digital stamps to create crafts for your personal use or to give as gifts.

You may sell your crafts in small quantities as long as the digital stamp is printed out and then colored by hand and made into a card or gift project as long as the image is credited back to Nina J. May of Paper Cupcakes.

You may not create embroidery designs/patterns, rubber or clear stamps or any other commercial product that you can think of with these images for resale.

You may not use any digital image in the creation of logos or images for a company or commercial website without a commercial license and permission from Nina J. May.

You may not alter the original illustrations and claim them as your own; they are already copy righted by Nina J. May and are embedded in each black and white image.

If you are unsure whether you are meeting these terms then please contact me and ask. I will reply to you promptly with clarification.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products we cannot offer a refund on any purchase. If you have any problems with the product you have downloaded please contact us and we will be glad to make sure you receive your product.

Backup Policy

Please backup the files you purchase in case of computer failure. We are not responsible for files lost or deleted from your computer.  We recommend that you copy the files to a non-rewriteable CD for archival purposes only. You may not share, sell or trade the CD.
